Conference Grants

TEFLIN members are qualified to apply for these conference grants to present and participate in international conferences hosted by TEFLIN international partners. These grants provide waived registration fees for presenters. If you have been accepted as a presenter to one of these conferences, or if you have a solid presentation you would like to share there, you may apply for this grant.

Teacher of the Year

This award is for teachers teaching primary and secondary schools and are currently TEFLIN members at the time of application. The award includes a lifetime membership to TEFLIN, and a profile and featured article in TEFLIN Voices.

Research Paper of the Year

TEFLIN Research Paper of the year is awarded to one recipient selected from among those authors whose research papers have been accepted for inclusion in the issues of TEFLIN Journal published. The award consists of (a) a certificate with a glided TEFLIN logo, and (b) a three-year membership in TEFLIN. The award winner is announced at the annual TEFLIN conference and published in TEFLIN website.

Criteria for the 2022 TEFLIN’s Research Paper Award

  1. Eligibility Requirements
  1. The paper was published in TEFLIN Journal within the years 2018 – 2020 (2018 volume was the first volume covered in Scopus).
  2. The paper is research-based.
  3. The lead author of the paper is an Indonesian scholar.
  4. The lead author is a registered member of TEFLIN.
  1. Selection Criteria
  1. Average number of citations received per year based on Google Scholar
  2. Average number of external citations received per year based on Google Scholar
  3. Average number of citations received per year in journals indexed by Scopus
  4. Average number of citations received per year in Q1 and Q2 journals
  5. Presence of international collaboration
