Hello everyone, I’m Tri Wardati, an English educator at SMKN Matesih, Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah. I want to share my experience with the Partnered Remote Language Improvement Project (PRELIM) 3. Participating in PRELIM 3 was significant for me as I encountered various challenges in teaching English to vocational school students, including low motivation, lack of a supportive environment, and disinterest due to the language complexity.

Through the implementation of the module and continuous reflection on classroom activities, I have observed that English language learning is no longer daunting for my students. I found that they are now more actively involved, thanks to the simplified, enjoyable, and well-structured approach. This simplicity is evident in the appealing yet manageable exercises, the engaging interactive activities, and the organized progression of materials.

I express my gratitude to TEFLIN, Peartree Languages, and the British Council for their support in the PRELIM 3 Project. I am looking forward to more professional development activities and implementing English language resources tailored for vocational schools, particularly for SMKN Matesih.
