The 67th TEFLIN International conference was hosted by Faculty of Language and Art, Universitas Negeri Padang. It was also a joint conference with the 9th ICOELT an International Conference on English Language and Teaching. The conference was held on September 9, 10, 11, 2021 virtually.
The conference invited a keynote speaker from University of Wolonggong, Australia: Prof. Beverly Derewianka, and several prominent plenary speakers: Prof. Jihyeon Jeon (School of Business, Ewha Woman’s University, Seoul), Dr. Bradley Horn (Regional English Language Officer (RELO) for U.S. Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia), Prof. Jirada Wudthayagorn (Chulalongkorn University, Thailand), Prof. Dr. Joko Nurkamto (President of TEFLIN Indonesia), Prof. Susan Gaer (President of CATESOL USA), Dr. Willy A. Renandya (Nanyang Technological University, Singapore), Prof. Yenni Rozimela, Ph.D. (Universitas Negeri Padang), Dr. A. Gumawang Jati, M.A. (Bandung Institute of Technology), Prof. Suwarsih Madya (UNY Yogyakarta), Prof. Ali Saukah (UMKT Samarinda), Colm Downes (British Council), and Subhan Zein, Ph.D. (University of Queensland, Australia).
